- All reservations must be secured with a valid Credit/Debit card/UPI.
- Room Tariff given is excluding of GST.
- A confirmation communication will be sent to the given details by the guest (via Call/Email/WhatsApp) once the booking is complete.
- Payment Policy: Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the rate and package selected and before the check-in, the complete amount should be cleared

- Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Identification Requirement: A valid government-issued ID/passport is required at the time of check-in for all guests
- Age Requirement: Guests must be at 18 years old to check-in without a parent or guardian.
- Refund/Cancellation Policy:
(A) Free cancellation up to 24hr before the check-in date
(B) For cancellations made less than 24hrs hours prior to check-in,
a charge equivalent to 1 night's stay will apply.
- No-show Policy: If the guest does now show up for the reservation without canceling in advance, a fee of or 1 night's stay will be charged.
- Extra Bed: Charge of 800+GST will be applicable for extra bed for one adult.
